Membership is the lifeblood of any association. Forius Association Management Services provides dedicated staff to perform membership recruitment and retention efforts. Services are tailored, based on the needs of the client.
We understand that member engagement is critical to recruitment and retention efforts. Quality educational programs and on-site events are important elements to engagement. Our experienced team can help to design and execute educational programs and on-site events, such as annual conferences, with or without vendor expositions and sponsorships. Whether the delivery platform of choice is virtual or in-person, we can manage the process for you.
Association governance, including board of directors, committees and task forces, is an important part of association management. Forius Association Management Services can assist with management of the client’s governance model, providing meeting assistance and support of governing documents.
We are happy to work directly with a third-party accounting firm if a client has a relationship with a firm. However, Forius also has the ability to provide full or partial accounting services. To ensure proper separation of duties and books, we require our association clients to maintain a software license for a recognized accounting package, such as QuickBooks or Sage 50.
Forius Association Management Services will help to provide IT support, dependent upon the needs of the client. We require each association that we manage to maintain its own licenses for association management software, accounting software, Microsoft Office, etc. Our dedicated and experienced IT team will help to support the software.
Although many association management software packages also provide the platform for the association’s website, should the client require assistance with domain registration, content updating or other website maintenance, we can develop a package to address those needs.
Depending upon where the client is incorporated, Forius Association Management Services will provide registered agent services for the state(s) where the client is registered to do business. This is part of the basic service package. We also work with an internationally renowned company that can assist the client with annual reporting services and registration in the state or jurisdiction where incorporated, at a discounted rate.
If a client’s membership base is interested in providing commercial (B2B) credit reports to its membership, we can design an affinity program to provide that service. We serve as resellers for Experian, Dun and Bradstreet, Equifax, Skyminder (international) and One Credit Source, and can offer very competitive pricing for these reports. Programs can be designed to offer discounts to members as well as possible royalty income to the client.
